I will just read the novel, as much as the artist may have put enough effort in making this webtoon, the art isnt really doing justice on how good the story is. Alot of facial expressions are the same in every situation, only putting tears or changing the angle of eyebrows if needed to cry. Rectangular mouth is notorious here as well. too many skipped scenes or conversation too since you can see in the comments after some chapters that people are asking on what happened.
all in all, the story is good, revenge, double crossing the traitors, good amount of world building as well as talks about politics. Sadly the way the story was translated by the artist would always make me wish that alot of scenes are drawn differently. That’s all, tc. And ty on teenmanhua for translating this story, even tho i will not read this anymore, the novel is added to my search-to-read list.

Really interesting and very nicely written development. Don’t prejudice by reading the comments inside for FL. I really like her character, she is developing step by step which is more practical and logical, unlike those other manhwas where they would be dumb for whole life and then suddenly will be much smarter than even the emperor or something. It’s really good, I just hope FL will get to live a happy life this time🥺🥺
