The webtoon is not bl as far as I have read from other sites, but its kinda baiting the bl lovers (like me) because of their interactions. I don’t mind it being not bl tho, sometimes I just wanna read 2 men having platonic relationships and the duke is seriously in need of an emotional guidance because of all the abuse he experienced during childhood and romance is not always the solution.
Even if in the future this turned out to be bl, I will still like it since both characters are likeable, I hope there’s more internal details not shown in the novel MC has read as well, looks like alot of hidden stuffs happened throughout the OG novel because even according to MC, many scenarios lack details.
Duke is a genuine good ruler and it always make me giggle whenever MC treats him like a child lol
